As a boutique BnB we take care of our guests in person, please call (215) 679-5764 to make your reservation. We can also process your request via email using the contact form below. Either way we’ll send a reservation confirmation to your email address.
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50 percent is required for a stay of two or more nights. A 100 percent deposit is required for one-night stays. The balance is due at check-in and can be in the form of major credit/debit cards, cash, or traveler check. We do not accept personal checks. Should you need to cancel or change a reservation for any reason, we require at least seven days advance notification by telephone (215) 679- 5764. With at least seven days’ notice, we will refund your deposit, less a service charge of 10 percent of your total reservation. Cancellations made six days or less will be charged for the full amount of the reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room, we will refund the rebooked portion, less the 10 percent service charge. We are a small Bed and Breakfast and cancellations affect us dramatically. If you have any concerns about possibly having to cancel we recommend inexpensive trip cancellation insurance.
Regular time for checking in is at 4 PM, checking out is at 11 AM. There are comfortable places around the house to wait for your room to be prepared if you arrive early. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us if you wish to explore the locale. Please inquire about these arrangements.
